Water in Mine Operations and Slope Stability
Begins June 19th, 2023! Offered by the Geotechnical Center of Excellence (GCE) at the University of Arizona, developed and taught by some of the leading industry experts in Mining Hydrogeology. This course is based on the “Large Open Pit Guidelines” book, and adds additional and updated material for controlling water in mining operations and improving geotechnical slope stability. The course will also include case studies of water management challenges and solutions in open pit and underground mines.
